well i went and imported footage today, and i did some experimenting with the very primitive imovie greenscreen function. some of it works okay with no trouble. i say ok and not great.
other stuff will need some further experimentation to make it work, which i am doing tomorrow. should be real great.
then i trim out the trailer, add some sound effects and fades, and we got ourselves ten million dollars.
so you'll have it done by time the benefit rolls round? that's 11 days from today. it'd be great to screen it before we play. we can just set up a sheet behind us in the performance room, project it, rock it, and settle with 5 million bucks. that's what i was hoping to do all along anyway. so what's our band line-up? sure would be nice not to guess. i'm assuming: Hod,jay,joel,hill,al, maybe alec,maybe dill. i think we should add Give Me the Sea, and Earth Goes Round to our set...maybe more. i've got to pick up my mom at the airport at 12:00, be back by 1pm. we should alot the rest of the afternoon to practice, duh. now joel and Jay know what i'm thinking. pass it on
